Depending on size and rooms we vaccinate at your premises or as a reserved appointment with us at the pharmacy. What kind of room is needed we will tell you in the first conversation.

Anyone enquiring in November usually misses the window in which the vaccination does the most good. A short enquiry in the summer is enough, we take care of the rest.

How short notice can a flu vaccination drive be organised at?
The earlier the better, ideally from September for October. For urgent enquiries we work out what is feasible.
For how many employees is it worthwhile?
We work that out in the first conversation. We have offers for small teams as well as for larger businesses.
As the employer, do we find out who took part?
No. Taking part is voluntary, and each person decides for themselves. From us you only receive an invoice for the number, without names and without findings. Your employees' health data stays with us.
Do you come to us, or do our people have to come to you?
Both are possible. For smaller teams an appointment with us is often simpler, from a certain size the trip to you is worthwhile.
Do employees have to use working time for it?
That is your decision. Most businesses release the fifteen minutes, because otherwise participation drops noticeably.
What does it cost?
We bill per format, not as a flat rate. After the first conversation you get an amount per participant and a minimum number, both in writing, before you agree to anything. The first conversation itself is free.
