Blister packing in Cham: what we do for you
You bring us your medication list, we set up your profile, and from the following week every dose lies ready and sorted. The prescription and the dosage stay exactly as they were.

You can collect from us, at the pick-up terminal around the clock, or have the blisters brought to your home on Tuesdays and Thursdays by home delivery.
From when we blister-pack
From three long-term medicines a weekly blister starts to make sense; from five, preparing them by hand becomes error-prone. Often it is about the time after a hospital stay, or about handling small tablets becoming difficult.
If you are calling on someone else’s behalf: that is the normal case. Most enquiries come from daughters and sons, from the home care service or from the doctor’s practice, not from the people concerned themselves. You do not need power of attorney to talk to us and work out the process – bring the medication list or the boxes, and we will settle everything else together with the person it is about.
For care homes and institutions we work on a larger scale, with our own process and a fixed contact person. Details under care homes.
Not blister-packed are medicines taken as needed, drops, sprays, ointments and preparations that have to stay in their original packaging. We add those separately and note them on the plan.

What blister packing costs
Weekly preparation is a recognised pharmacy service. From three long-term medicines, basic insurance contributes in many cases; among other things this requires a doctor’s prescription and long-term medication over an extended period. We check beforehand whether that applies to you, and we tell you before you decide.

How do I sign up?
Bring your medication list in or give us a call. We set up the profile in about fifteen minutes, and from the following week the first blister is ready for you.
How quickly does a change go through?
We adjust the next blister. Call by Wednesday and it applies to the coming week, after that to the week after. For changes at short notice we will find an interim solution.
How do I stop again?
One phone call. We stop making the next blister, and you get your medication in the original packaging again.
Can I try it without any obligation?
Yes. If it does not suit you after two weeks, we stop again.
Isn't this just repackaging?
From the outside it looks that way. Behind it lies the checking of every single dose, the documentation and equipment built exactly for the purpose. That is why it is a service that is billed, and not a favour.
