Who the delivery service is for

For most people the trip to the pharmacy is not a problem. For some it is, and usually not permanently but in a particular phase: after an operation, when walking is difficult, when the weather turns and the circulation cannot keep up, or when someone is thinking ahead for a relative while holding down a job.

That is what the delivery service is for. It is deliberately kept small, two fixed days in a manageable area, and reliable for it. Anyone getting blister packing from us has the weekly blister delivered along with it. That is the most common combination, because it saves relatives the weekly trip.

How to order

1. Order. By phone, by email, through the form on our contact page or with the AppoMobile app, with which you can also photograph and submit prescriptions.
2. We get in touch as soon as your medication is ready, and tell you the next delivery day.
3. Delivery on the following Tuesday or Thursday.

If you have a prescription, you can send it in advance. With long-term medication many people arrange a fixed weekly delivery, and then the ordering falls away entirely.

Delivery area and costs

We deliver to Cham and Hünenberg, including Hünenberg See. If you live in Steinhausen, Baar or Rotkreuz, please just ask: outside the fixed area we drive by arrangement, and if it can be combined with a round it usually works. For institutions across the canton there is a separate arrangement, see care homes.

The delivery fee is CHF 5 per delivery, including VAT and regardless of the order value. If it has to be quicker than the next delivery day, we deliver express within twelve hours for CHF 8. The medication itself we bill as we would otherwise.

There is a reason we keep the area small: we drive ourselves. An external courier would make the area three times as large and make the question at the door impossible.

Refrigerated goods yes, leaving it at the door no

We deliver prescription-only medication, over-the-counter preparations and products from our range. Preparations that need refrigeration as well, in which case we let you know beforehand so that the handover works.

We only deliver prescription-only medication if the prescription is with us and the supply has been checked by our specialists. Delivery is by our own team; we do not do mail order.

What we do not do: leave medication unattended at the door. If you are not at home on the delivery day, call beforehand and we will move it or agree a solution that suits you.

If you would rather collect yourself: orders placed by 11.30 are ready for you from 14.30, orders placed by 18.00 from 8.45 the next day, and on request around the clock in the 24/7 pick-up terminal.
