If your medication has been prepared for you here, you can get to it at any time. The pick-up terminal is outside on Poststrasse: hold the collection code to the terminal, the hatch opens, done.
Anything not in the terminal we cannot hand out outside opening hours. The terminal is no substitute for an emergency service.

While we are open, a lot is quicker with us than at the emergency department: colds, minor injuries, insect bites, stomach and bowel complaints, questions about medication. No appointment, no referral.
Severe or sudden pain, high fever over several days, breathing difficulty, impaired consciousness, deep or heavily bleeding wounds, suspected broken bones, and anything that is getting worse quickly.
