All fields are required except those marked optional.

We use your details only to answer your enquiry. Please do not put diagnoses, prescription data or health information into the form – call us for that. Before you send, we show you your entries once more to check, and after sending you receive a confirmation of receipt by email. A contract is only formed once we confirm your order and have checked the supply professionally. More on this in our privacy policy.

Pharmacist consultation, vaccination or health check: a phone call or an email is enough. For spontaneous visits, simply drop by during opening hours.

Getting here and parking

Poststrasse 3, right by Cham station. It is 140 metres from the platform, not even two minutes on foot. If you come by car, you will find our own parking spaces right at the pharmacy. From Steinhausen, Baar, Hünenberg and Rotkreuz you are here in a good ten minutes – from Baar and Rotkreuz the S-Bahn is often quicker than the car.

We do not run an emergency service ourselves. We have put together the official numbers for Cham and the canton of Zug. If your prescription has already been submitted, our pick-up terminal is available around the clock.

Prescriptions, medical orders and queries about patients reach us encrypted via HIN Mail. Please not by ordinary email — health data needs the encrypted route.

What people ask the pharmacy most

Can I buy medication without a prescription?

Yes, many medicines are available without a prescription. Come by and describe your symptoms, then we will work out with you what fits.

How long do I have to wait for medication?

We have most common medicines in stock. Anything not in stock we order, and it is usually ready for you the next working day. For urgent orders, give us a quick call.

How do I arrange an appointment?

Call us, write to us or use the form on this page. We will get back to you. For spontaneous visits, simply drop by during opening hours.

Can my doctor send the prescription directly to you?

Yes. Practices reach us encrypted via HIN Mail at anklinapotheke@hin.ch. We will prepare your medication, and you collect it at the terminal or during our opening hours.

Do you offer delivery to my home?

Yes, on Tuesdays and Thursdays for CHF 5 to Cham and Hünenberg, and beyond that by arrangement. More on the home delivery page.

Can I dispose of old medication with you?

Yes. Bring us expired medication or anything you no longer need, and we will pass it on for proper disposal.
